This Refund Policy is written in English, which is the authoritative version. Any translation (including the Polish section below) is provided for convenience only; the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. That is why every install starts with a 30-day free trial and, on top of that, we offer the money-back terms below.

1Who processes refunds
SQL Sage is sold through our payments provider, acting as Merchant of Record (MoR). Because the MoR is the seller of record, refunds are issued by the MoR back to your original payment method. We authorise and coordinate eligible refunds under this policy; the funds are returned by the MoR.
2One-time / perpetual purchases
One-time (perpetual) purchases are covered by a 14 days money-back guarantee. If SQL Sage does not meet your needs, request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of that purchase. After the guarantee window, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or granted at our discretion.
3Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for; it simply does not renew.
- We do not automatically refund the unused portion of the current period, except where required by law.
- A first subscription payment is covered by the same 14 days money-back guarantee as one-time purchases.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once charged; please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. If a renewal was charged in error or you were not adequately reminded, contact us and we will review it fairly.
4How to request a refund
Email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number or the email used at checkout. You can also request a refund directly through the receipt or customer portal provided by the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by the MoR, typically within a few business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
5Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of this policy — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or circumvention of licensing. This does not affect your non-waivable statutory rights.
6EU consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. For downloadable digital content, this right can be lost once supply begins, if you expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right — an acknowledgement typically captured at checkout by the Merchant of Record. Każda instalacja rozpoczyna się od 30-dniowego darmowego okresu próbnego bez karty, odblokowującego wszystkie funkcje — zachęcamy do pełnej oceny produktu przed zakupem.
Kto obsługuje zwroty. SQL Sage sprzedawany jest przez naszego dostawcę płatności jako Merchant of Record (sprzedawca formalny). Zwroty realizuje MoR na pierwotną metodę płatności; my autoryzujemy i koordynujemy zwroty objęte tą polityką.
Zakupy jednorazowe (wieczyste). Objęte gwarancją zwrotu pieniędzy w ciągu 14 days od zakupu. Po tym okresie zakupy jednorazowe zasadniczo nie podlegają zwrotowi, chyba że wymaga tego prawo.
Subskrypcje. Możesz anulować w dowolnym momencie — subskrypcja pozostaje aktywna do końca opłaconego okresu i nie odnawia się. Pierwsza płatność objęta jest tą samą gwarancją 14 days. Płatności za odnowienie zasadniczo nie podlegają zwrotowi po obciążeniu — anuluj przed datą odnowienia.
Jak złożyć wniosek. Napisz na [CONTACT EMAIL] z numerem zamówienia lub adresem e-mail użytym przy zakupie, albo skorzystaj z portalu klienta MoR.
Prawo odstąpienia (konsument UE). Konsumentowi w UE może przysługiwać ustawowe 14-dniowe prawo odstąpienia dla zakupów cyfrowych; dla treści cyfrowych może ono wygasnąć po rozpoczęciu świadczenia, jeśli wyraziłeś zgodę na natychmiastowe rozpoczęcie i potwierdziłeś utratę tego prawa (zwykle rejestrowane przy checkoucie przez MoR). Nasza dobrowolna gwarancja nie ogranicza bezwzględnie obowiązujących praw konsumenta.
