Sub-processors

To operate SQL Sage, LUMA sp. z o.o. relies on a small number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors"). Because SQL Sage is bring-your-own-key (BYOK) developer tooling, very little personal data reaches us in the first place — so this list is intentionally short.

Where these providers transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) implemented by the provider.

AI providers are yours, not our sub-processors

An important nuance. At launch, the AI providers (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT) are your providers, accessed through your own account, subscription, or API key (BYOK). Your query text and schema metadata go directly from the extension to them under your own agreement with that provider. They are therefore not our sub-processors — your relationship with them governs that processing. We do not act as an intermediary for AI inference and do not resell access to AI models.

Roadmap: a future hosted feature

A future hosted, keyless completions feature (a paid option on our roadmap) would route requests through our own infrastructure. That would add Anthropic as our sub-processor. This is not part of the product today; we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before any such feature ships.

We may add or replace sub-processors as the service evolves. When we make a material change to this list, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Podprocesorzy (wersja polska — informacyjnie)

Wersja angielska ma moc rozstrzygającą. Poniższe tłumaczenie na język polski ma charakter wyłącznie informacyjny; w razie rozbieżności obowiązuje wersja angielska.

Do świadczenia usługi SQL Sage LUMA sp. z o.o. korzysta z niewielkiej liczby podprocesorów. Ponieważ SQL Sage działa w modelu BYOK (własny klucz), do nas trafia bardzo mało danych osobowych — dlatego lista jest krótka.

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting strony i instalatora, Worker realizujący licencje wraz z magazynem klucz-wartość, hosting pliku wersji. Dane: identyfikator licencji oraz standardowe metadane połączenia (np. adres IP w logach). Bez treści zapytań, schematu ani wyników.
our payments provider (Merchant of Record) — sprzedaje produkt jako sprzedawca formalny; obsługuje rozliczenia, VAT, faktury, chargebacki i zwroty. Dane rozliczeniowe (imię i nazwisko, e-mail, metoda płatności, dane podatkowe/lokalizacyjne) zbiera i kontroluje MoR.

Dostawcy AI to Twoi dostawcy, nie nasi podprocesorzy. W momencie startu produktu Anthropic (Claude) i OpenAI (ChatGPT) są Twoimi dostawcami — korzystasz z nich przez własne konto lub klucz API (BYOK). Treść zapytania i metadane schematu trafiają do nich bezpośrednio na podstawie Twojej umowy z danym dostawcą. Nie pośredniczymy w inferencji AI i nie sprzedajemy dostępu do modeli.

Roadmapa. Przyszła hostowana funkcja podpowiedzi bez klucza (płatna opcja) kierowałaby zapytania przez naszą infrastrukturę, co dodałoby Anthropic jako naszego podprocesora. Zaktualizujemy tę stronę i Politykę prywatności przed wdrożeniem takiej funkcji.
